Natalio Pincever is a Cybersecurity product leader with proven success in building and leading global, cross-functional teams focused on driving product lifecycle from inception to delivery. He is currently Vice President, Product Management at Illumio, the market leader in Zero Trust Segmentation, where he is responsible for building and executing product and GTM strategy across the entire portfolio for Public Sector worldwide as well as meeting all product Compliance requirements.

Prior to joining Illumio, he was at Palo Alto Networks, the world’s largest cybersecurity company, where he was Senior Director, Product Management, Global Public Sector. In this role, he built a team responsible for driving consistent and coordinated product and solution strategy across the entire Palo Alto Networks portfolio for the worldwide Public Sector vertical. He was also responsible for driving key certification programs and priorities through execution globally.

From 2011 to 2017, Natalio worked at McAfee, leading provider of endpoint security solutions. While at McAfee Natalio built the Advanced Programs Group, dedicated to supporting the unique Intelligence needs of McAfee’s largest customers. His team provided mission-focused intelligence products leveraging McAfee’s extensive threat collections as well as their own sources and methods. Earlier in his career, he was the Chief Engineer for Cyber at Raytheon’s Intelligence and Information Systems; he served in several positions in the Defense Intelligence Senior Executive Service (DISES) at the US Department of Defense; and has held IT roles at Citibank, Oracle, and Nortel. He has also taught courses at both the undergraduate and graduate school level.

Natalio has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida, and a Master’s from the MIT Media Laboratory. He’s a CIA Intelligence Fellow, and has completed executive education programs at Georgetown, Harvard Business School, and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

He is a dedicated family man and enjoys music and outdoor activities in his spare time.
